What the Showcase is
The Listing Showcase is a grid of live listings in a clean card layout, built for clarity and trust. Use it to fill a homepage section or a whole page with real properties. It is one of the two widgets described in Listing Widgets, Which One to Use, and everything the cards can do, lead capture included, applies here.
This is the real grid, running live below on our demo account. The cards show current MLS listings, and clicking one opens the property on our demo site.
Set it up

Open the widget
In your dashboard you will find the ready listing widgets. Click Edit on one of them, or create a new widget of your own.

Filter and shape the grid
Filter by status, price, location, beds and baths, or use custom IDX Broker query parameters. Then set the grid itself: number of columns, spacing, image ratio, label styles and which details appear on the card.

Copy the embed code
Click Show Embed Code and copy the snippet.

Paste it on your page
Paste the code into your platform's HTML element, as shown in Find and Paste Your IDX Embed Codes. The platform categories have the exact clicks for each editor.
Where it works well
The grid shines where listings are the content: a homepage section with fresh properties, a community or neighborhood page, a page for one price bracket. Write about an area and let the cards show what is for sale there.
