So what's the catch?
Nothing you pay us. The theme, the plugins and our support are free, and IDX Broker pays us for the accounts we look after. MyHome IDX runs on top of the account you already have.
Do I need an IDX Broker account?
Yes, it is where the MLS data comes from. Install and import a site first if you like, then open the account when you are ready and the real search forms and listing cards take over.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. The free version of Elementor is all the theme needs, and every pre-built website is built with it. Pro works fine if you already own it, but nothing in MyHome IDX depends on it.
Will it keep getting updates?
Yes, and they cost nothing. MyHome Updater sits in the theme, so a new version is one click away, and new features and fixes arrive the same way, on the site you already have.
Is this the MyHome from ThemeForest?
Same studio, same design language, not the same product. If you keep listings in WordPress, MyHome on ThemeForest is the one for you. If they come from IDX Broker, it is MyHome IDX.
Who builds it and who helps?
The same team does both. We build the theme and we answer the emails. We have made real estate WordPress themes since 2017 and we are an independent IDX Broker Developer Partner.
